The snowy Iowa weather did its best to ruin our playdate at Crème Cupcake in Des Moines a few weeks ago. But it didn’t…several sweet mamas and their little ones prevailed all in the name of cupcakes.
Despite the snow, we ended up having a great turn out and we all had SO much fun. As the kids patiently waited to dig in we read a wonderful book appropriately called “Cupcake”…they had our attentions for sure. Then the kids took turns decorating their very own special cupcake as they all tapped into their inner baker. Cupcakes, frosting and sprinkles oh my!! So many choices!!!
We want to thank everyone at Crème for all their hard work in preparing this fun morning for us. I think it is safe to say we all had a wonderful time.
We hope to work with Crème in the future for more playdates like this one. Thanks so much to all who came, it was so fun to meet new friends.
