Normally around this time as school starts back and the end of summer draws near, the Iowa Cubs season is coming to a close. That is not the case this season. Keep those baseball gloves out a little bit longer because the Iowa Cubs are playing into October this year.
Additional Dates
It was recently announced that the Iowa Cubs season will be extended including five additional home games at Principal Park. This added series runs Sept. 29 – Oct. 3, giving families more chances to spend some time out at the ballpark.
Game times for the five additional Iowa Cubs home contests are as follows:
- Wednesday, September 29 at 12:08 p.m.
- Thursday, September 30 at 6:38 p.m.
- Friday, October 1 at 6:38 p.m.
- Saturday, October 2 at 6:08 p.m.
- Sunday, October 3 at 1:08 p.m.
New Promotions
With these added games come exciting promotions you will want to circle on your calendar! This includes extending some of our weekly promotions such as an additional Fireworks Friday and one more chance for kids to run the bases on Sunday.
New promotions that fans can look forward to include Back to School Night presented by Great Southern Bank, Bucket Hat giveaway presented by Principal on September 10, Costumes for Kids Night presented by Lazer 103.3 on September 30, and MORE.
