Squoosh – Review & Giveaway

3

My two boys and I are on the go a lot now that it is summertime. I try to keep a stock of convenient, yet healthy snacks handy for when we are out. I recently had an opportunity to try Squoosh, an organic fruit and vegetable pouch by Kids Gourmet. The Squoosh product line offers four different flavored pouches: Banango, Beetberry, Orangobango, and Squabbleberry.  The Squoosh product line is more than just fun names and bright packaging, Squoosh satisfies all of my mommy snack requirements.

Healthy

Nutrition is my first consideration when selecting something for my boys to eat. I don’t often feed my kids processed snacks. I like to stick to simple and healthy ingredients and Squoosh is just that. In every Squoosh pouch there is one full serving of fruits and vegetables. Squoosh products are also organic and packaged in BPA free pouches. With Squoosh I am reassured that my boys are eating a healthy, yet tasty snack.

Ease of use

I have offered my boys other organic fruit and veggie pouches, but Squoosh pouches offer a unique benefit. Squoosh’s pouches are shorter and wider. Most other organic pouch snacks on the market and long and narrow. Both of my boys had an easier time consuming all of the Squoosh pouch contents on their own. With other pouches I often have to help them squeeze the last of the pouch contents up to the top. Because Squoosh is wider and shorter their little hands were better able to squeeze out all the food without my help. Squoosh gets props from this momma for having a design that is easier for small toddler hands. One less thing for mommy to help with can make a big impact!

Fun

Squoosh pouches are healthy, easy to use, and Fun! The fun names and bright packaging really appealed to my boys. They had fun seeing what the different colored pouches tasted like. My oldest son was asking to try all four colors. I like that Squoosh has combined fun packaging for kids with a product that moms can trust. And of course, more than being fun the pouches tasted good. Both of my boys slurped down the packages in mere seconds.

If you want a healthy, convenient, and fun snack for your kids give Squoosh a try. They are available at Amazon.com in packages of 4. You can also enter the giveaway below for a chance to win a sample of Squoosh pouches!

  1. We would use Squoosh at the parks, zoo, play date snacks & road trips. I like the short & wide concept. I have to help squeeze the remaining to the top with the other brands also. Be easier for the kids to use themselves 🙂
