We are ending the year with a BANG! Literally. Our last event of 2015 will be our Songs and Signs Play Date on Saturday, December 12. We are thrilled to be working with this amazing company again! Songs and Signs offers tons of amazing classes for kids to develop a multitude of skills they will use their entire lives. This is a great local resource and a favorite of ours, and we can’t wait for them to show you what they can do.

MusiCanopy® is a class Songs and Signs offers in Preschools. MusiCanopy is a fun early childhood music education program designed to unleash the musical potential of young children in preschools and childcare centers. By offering CDs to families, we enable parents and teachers to engage musically with their children throughout the week, and in doing so, to create the most powerful model of music enrichment available.
MusiCanopy is the largest early childhood music educator in the country.
Weekly, 30-minute MusiCanopy classes are led by a highly skilled and energetic early childhood music specialist and feature an artistically conceived combination of songs, rhythmic rhymes, instrument play, and movement activities. Our research-based curriculum supports children’s basic tonal and rhythmic competence as well as their emerging music literacy. And learning continues to happen even as the activities evolve into creative vocal, rhythmic, and imaginative play—plus a good bit of genuine, silly fun!
