Summer is a great time to take your yoga outside. Whether a beginner or seasoned yogi, the outdoors add fresh air and beautiful scenery to the already centering practice. And bonus, the steamy summer days double as “hot” yoga!
There are a variety of outdoor yoga classes across the Des Moines metro (most of them are free!). Enjoy the fresh air and help you get in touch with your mind, body, and spirit.
Breathe in, breathe out, and maybe meet some new friends, too.
