Fun Ways to Help

Children & Families of Iowa’s (CFI) Kidsfest, presented by Veridian Credit Union, is Iowa’s largest children’s festival on Friday, January 18 from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, January 19 from 9 a.m. -6 p.m.

Each year thousands of people attend Kidsfest where they enjoy entertainment on multiple stages, costume characters and mascots, games, bounce houses, make and take activities, visit the Hy-Vee Hometown area, explore the exhibits, and so much more. Funds raised at the event help to provide individuals with the services they need to navigate times of crisis and help them lead healthy lives.

Whether your kids enjoy the plush amusement rides, riding the circus train, feeding the animals at Hovick’s Petting Zoo, or sharing a bucket of cookies, Kidsfest has something for all ages. Kidsfest will be held at the Iowa State Fairgrounds’ Varied Industries Building.

Admission is $7.50 per person, per day (kids under age 1 year are free).
Tickets are sold at the door throughout the weekend.
Discount coupons will be available at Des Moines area Veridian Credit Union locations and Hy-Vee Stores.
*Limited quantities of discount coupons available

Visit the Kidsfest Facebook Page for more details on all the event details!
