Headed to the Iowa State Fair but not sure where to park? Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) has an easy and inexpensive solution! Fair-goers can park their car and ride DART for a convenient, air-conditioned trip to the Iowa State Fair August 8 – 18.
Free parking is available at three locations from 8:30 a.m. to midnight every day of the Fair.
This is a great option for families with kids. If you’re planning to bring a stroller into the fair, you can fold it and bring it on the bus. Kids love the chance to ride the bus, sometimes as much as going to the fair!
