My Experience:
Putting a face and a name with a company always makes me feel better about things. Meet Brian: he is friendly, professional, and so thorough! We previously had a change of renters in one of our rental properties, and we’ll just say the carpet was looking HORRIBLE. It not only looked awful, it smelled awful. We almost replaced the carpet for the whole house which, as you know, isn’t cheap; the thought of putting that much money into a rental property hurts. So I called Brian. We had used him once before at our home for an annual cleaning and we loved the work he did for us; my parents had referred him to me, and we could not have been happier with his work.
Brian came to our rental and was very honest with us about the condition of the carpet, and he said it was salvageable! Exciting, right?
