My 8 year old daughter really liked this seat. She said it was “cushy” and comfortable to sit in. The only thing was… she couldn’t get herself in and out of it.
In order to use the seat correctly- and safely- you must run the seat belt through the seatbelt guides on both sides of the seat; which can be a bit annoying, especially as you are leaning over the child.
I do like the handiness of this product. As a frequent traveler, this is much easier than toting a car seat along. That said, if you travel light, with only a carry-on, this seat will take up quite a bit of room- especially if you have it in the included bag. My recommendation- flatten it as much as possible (don’t forget to seal it or it will re-inflate a bit- and pack it flat).
