3 Easy Tips to Lose Weight
Eat a fiber-rich breakfast
A fiber-rich breakfast will set you up for success all day long. It will not only keep you fuller longer but will reduce cravings for unhealthy foods, supports your hormones, and help you lose weight!
Aim for a bowl of oatmeal or add some flax meal to your smoothie for a fiber-rich option.
🍎 Drink apple cider vinegar
This is a really cheap and simple hack to lose fat.
All you need to do is mix 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink. You can do this twice a day. And it’s a hunger suppressant, so you’ll snack less.
⏰ Don’t eat past 7:30 pm
Physiology wise our bodies process foods differently in the evening so we actually hold onto those calories instead of burning them off.
Practically speaking, we tend to eat more snacky foods in the evening so this will save you lots of extra empty calories.
